In a jolt to Pakistan team, all-rounder Yasir Arafat has been ruled out of the Twenty20 World Cup due to a calf injury.

In an interview to a Pakistan newspaper, Skipper Shahid Afridi said “Yasir Arafat is out because of the calf injury. He told us that he was not fit, after which we had to take a decision.”

When talking about replacement of Arafat, Afridi said “Shahzaib is very much in the picture for us. “He is a good pinch-hitter and could be useful for us in the West Indies.”
